Funding Opportunities:
In person registration waivers for Early Career Scholars- students & postdoctoral scholars
- Applications will open in January 2027. To submit: Statement of value to your career to attend ICAR 2027; Research abstract; 3 Brief statement on financial need; 2 page CV/resume; Letter of Support submitted directly by a professional adviser or mentor. Award requirements: awardees will present their research in a poster or talk (if selected) and provide a 0.5-1 page post-conference written report about their experiences & perspectives.
Virtual registration waivers
- Applications will open in January 2027. Needed to submit: Statement of value to your career to virtually attend ICAR 2027; Summary of current and future research plans/projects.
Mexico & Canada in-person registration fee discount
- $100 USD registration discount available for in-person participation by attendees that reside in Mexico or Canada.
- To receive the discount you must first submit the application and receive a conference discount code by email. You must input the provided code during the registration process. We do not provide/refund the discount after registration is complete.
